Siba brings over five years of experience in the learning and development space, with a strong foundation in digital learning. She has a passion for creating accessible, engaging and impactful learning experiences. A proud 3 times Graduate from Nelson Mandela University, Siba is currently pursuing a Master’s in Labour Relations and Human Resources, deepening her commitment to skills development and digital transformation in the today’s evolving world. She combines digital innovation with dynamic facilitation skills, and a deep belief in the power of accessible education.

Her mission at Funda Wande is to champion impactful innovation, making learning enjoyable and advocate that education should be empowering- not burdensome.

Phinda Kula—e-Learning Assistant & Independent Filmmaker

Phinda Kula is an e-Learning Assistant at Funda Wande, where she contributes to the design, coordination, and delivery of impactful digital learning content for literacy and numeracy programs. She plays a key role in supporting educators and learners by organizing engaging online modules, managing LMS platforms, and ensuring seamless content updates.

Beyond her work in education, Phinda is an independent filmmaker, bringing a creative and visual storytelling approach to all her projects. Her background in film enriches her e-learning work, enabling her to produce high-quality multimedia resources that inspire, inform, and connect with diverse audiences.

Passionate about combining creativity with education, Phinda strives to make learning accessible, engaging, and meaningful for all.
